Approacing Golf-enjoying level

 

I have thought that I can play a golf as good as the other persons do from May, 2013. But this level has been broken down, after just a few months, due to participating in office work of the university, leading to insufficient practice and mental pressure.

 I began to practice a golf with a lesson from a coach at indoor, 170meter long range. Also, I did weight training to make strong  thigh, biceps and triceps repeating¡± leg press¡±, ¡°leg extension¡±,¡± leg curl¡±, ¡°carp raised¡± of weight training.

 I confirmed that I approached a golf player level with a single golf handy in Bankok, Thailand, in January 2014. I asked my coach who was teaching a golf at military range if I approached a very low handy player because I also wonder whether I am in the level or not. he says ¡°yes¡± looking at my playing and swinging of each golf club. I did not know how much I was happy at that time, But I was broken down to the almost beginner level again, due to excessive energy consume of my body. I got a speed skate lesson, which needs much body energy. The energy of my body was almost all gone not so much as I can do golfing. My happiness with my best level has been gone .I needed  a breach(breakthrough), about how to improve and to be on the previous golf level again.

 I began to get lessons on golfing at golf- practicing range in the  building, using a live motion-confirming system and also practice and confirm my golfing ability at indoor facility, 170meter long, from Aug. 2015, at both..

 I felt that I learned a new understanding of golfing from when I took a training at the small golf range  in the building where they prepare many live motion- confirming system. I will say that this is a my destiny time. Each activity has been deeply understood and my swing form like LPGA professional players¡¯ form has been made gradually, despite a fact that I thought there was so insufficient flexibility of my body  to make a swing..

 I began feeling that my swing had been improved as time goes, and as I get daily lessons from a coach at a small range in the building, especially during a vacation in Aug. 2015.

I  continued to practice and confirmed my swing every tee shot, with a live motion of my swing, there at a small rangel, with a comfortable mind, with a lesson coach advices, comparing with progolfer¡¯s swing motion. I bought a AKIRA driver at H golf shop. Also another MIYAZAKI shaft was broken due to my mistake at filed 2014. I changed the shaft with a new product in 2015, again. I also changed a shaft of AKIRA driver with a FUJIKURA shaft. All these two drivers of both AKIRA and MIYAJAKI shaft driver have been found  that they were good, satisfactory with aspects of the direction, distance, impact.

 I continued to practice the  driver with Miyazaki  shaft at the small range and Indoor 170meter long simultaneously but mainly MIYAZAKI shaft driver. People say that my swing was changed after one month later(first of Sept, 2015). Golf team members say that  ¡° OH!, there was almost nothing unusual with your form¡±. There were  trajectory difference of two different driver of AKIRA with 10.5 degree and MIYAZAKI with 10 degree which means that my swing was satisfactory, it is confirmed.

 

I thought that I can approach the advanced score level if I continued to practice it like this at Indoor-practicing range even though I did not make a satisfactory driver distance(more than 230meters) after one or two months were gone. I heard that ¡°your swing looks good¡± , ¡±looks much better before¡± ,frequently.

 I bought a new Iron set (Granprix, Japan) and then my swing operation had been approached to a certain level of Iron operation from Feb 2015 after two months practice. I felt that there was something comfortable with my body when I made each swing  so that I can make better direction even though I did not make two- on green shot(I missed 9 of ten two-on try), due to insufficient driver distance at comparatively difficult golf field with uneven fairway. But I tried to overcome these troubles and conditions.

 I   did not have a good condition when I went to golf field, without an active physical condition of my body  almost  all the time. But I made scores of 80¡¯th, two times in July and Aug. 2015. But there was an almost no uneven course with best level condition

 I bought wood NO. 3 at the big golf shop in Dec. 2014. And practiced it at Indoor-practicing range. I made a considerable good shot in direction but no good in distance with many mistakes. I stopped it for the time being. Instead I can concentrated on wood NO. 5,. Utility NO. 3,  Iron series of NO 5/6/7/8/9/Approach/sand. Eventually, I made much Improved shots, of course. I made 160meters(up to 170meters) distance using Iron NO. 6, even on the bunker, without almost no mistake.

 I began to feel that I had insufficient ability mentally either, from 2015. I made some mistakes due to my excessive intension to send a ball with longer distance. This leads to make me have a patience to do ¡°course management¡±. Eventually I did not make a triple bogey, any more. I tried to make my driver swing form mechanically, for 30minutes practice every day. Again I went to an indoor range to confirm if I can do it actually,with my strong intention to keep my exquisite consistent swing until Dec 2015.

 A gentleman who practices it every day at indoor range says that he continue to practice one thousand a day(including ¡°putting ¡° 400times) to have me have my strong intention to practice more hardly. He practices it with only one ball mark on the Iron head, even though he did it more than 400 times, exquisitely!

 I had lesson from other coach to keep my backswing with comparatively flat shape in order to make a In-out swing. But It is not easy to make satisfactory swing on uneven fairway surface which a player cannot move his body weight comfortably , from right to  left. Only one of LPGA players does make this type of driver swinging.

 

 I moved to the small practicing range in the building to get the conventional swing with moving my body weight from right to the left, even though there is a little bit of movement of the weight. I continued to practice same backswing, down swing, impact with keeping my eyes on the ball, follow swing similar to LPGA player¡¯s swing. Of course, It was not easy for me to follow lesson coach advise, even though I understand mantally. But I felt that I approach the swing after three months lessons and practicing   at  a small  range in the building.. I moved my body weight to the left foot completely when I make impact and natural finish ,every shot as if I set a wall on the left foot. Eventually a left thigh of mine has been bigger than the previous condition, due to doing every shot with confirmation of my swing using a live motion system.

 I repeated that I get a lesson from a golf coach at the small  range in the building with the live motion system and practicing ,confirming at 170meter long indoor range again from 22nd Aug. 2015, in order to correct my swing deficiency, actually. At first, I made it with deviation of 10~15meter to the left hand side. But I began to make it with 60 percent target approaching rate from two weeks later, around the end of September, 2015. This result could be made with my concentration of it at the range in building and at the indoor range, simultaneously.

 A lesson coach suggested me that I would better make swing of driver, wood NO.3, Iron NO.4 at least five times each with my eye closed ,for the time being. I found out that I could make it consistently without relation to keep an eye on it or closed, when my swing is consistent.

 I felt that my swing of wood No. 5, and utility No. 3 have been improved so much ,maybe, due to practicing those with a coach at the range in the building, from 10th September 2015. I felt that I hit  not  the range floor surface,but the balls first  directly. Namely It means that I make a divot just after ball striking, not a divot first. Of course,  distance and trajectory of balls  hitted  by each club have been improved and made longer such as 180~190meters by wood No. 5, 175m-180meters by utility No. 3 with only a little bit of deviation of nine(9) of ten shots.

 I tried and began to make my swing of wood NO. 3 and Iron NO. 4, only two months later (October) from the first lesson in August 2015 at 170meter long indoor range. I did not make a satisfactory distance of two club, Yet, even though the directions were good. I didn¡¯t make distance 200meter by wood No.3, yet, I thought that I need more practice of those club and then I felt that I transfer my swing impact and power to hitting and swing of wood No. 3 and Iron No. 4, before long.

I began to apply wood No. 3 to a golf field from October 2015. I made HOOK, FADE, SLICE a few of times at the range in the building, with confirmation of those by the live motion system, for one hour practice daily. But I made those swing with more than 50percent of HOOK, SLICE, FADE at indoor range on 24th Sept 2015. I feel like crying, really there.

 

I reported this story to my lesson coach at a small practicing range in the building. And then I continued to think over in the face of this problem to overcome this swings in order to keep a series of ¡°back swing – down swing-impact-follow-finish¡± consistently. And then , before long, my lesson coach appraised my swing good to make it considerably consistent. I confirmed this at indoor 170meter long range as a test, immediately. I made those consistently this time, I¡¯m happy, of course.

 The direction and distance of my swing have been begun to be made from Nov 2015, when I realized how & what I have to do better swing as a lesson coach directed. My follow of the swing began to be approached to the standard swing. I made a distance of 170-185meter using Iron No 4, hitting with my weight and power. And Also, I made 200meter (average 195 meters) using WOOD NO. 3 in ensuring direction, hitting with my weight and power. In the other side, I did not make a satisfactory driver swing, with a good direction but without a good distance, yet .Anyway,my coach advised me of the putting that basically, putter head weight should be a little heavier. I changed it with a heavier one, immediately. And then I practiced putting more than 100 times such as from 4-foot distance, 8-foot distance, 16-foot distance, every day from the mid. of November, 2015.

 Additionally, I began to make maximum 185meter(170-180m, frequently) distance with target approaching rate, 60~70 percents of NO 4 Iron club; WOOD NO.3 with 195meter(ball speed 56m/sec ~ 57m/sec) from the mid of Nov. 2015. Those results get better gradually such as WOOD NO.3 with 195m, even 200 meters with target-approaching rate 60percents everyday from around the end of November. 2015.

 I got a special lesson from a coach from 29th November 2015. And a ball speed of my driver swing was approached up to 59, 60 meter/sec, even 61meter/see distance; 205m, 211m, 213m, with target approaching rate of 80 percent from 1st December. 2015.

 I confirmed that I made driver-hitting distance up to 230meter with a good trajectory at indoor – practicing range. It is a moment that I escape from the disgusted YIPS

 I got lessons for 20m/30m/40m/50m/60m/70m/80m/90m/100m approach from a coach on 30th November 2015. I began to practice these with strong intention to make it mechanically immediately with intention to forget my previous backswing, follow swing . I made a 200m distance with a ball speed 59m/sec of WOOD NO.3 on 5th December 2015, almost equal to a driver distance. My coach continued to advise and emphasize that I have to practice in repeating a standard driver swing only, without a long distance-making mind. He emphasizes that I can send balls with a long distance whenever I like to make a consistent swinging only with ¡°giving your time to make a standard swing only¡± all the time.

 I continued to make 195m distance at practicing range of WOOD NO. 3, in the building, everyday, from 7th Dec 2015. I confirm that I can send it with wood NO. 3 at indoor-practicing range, also with a good direction. I felt that I can apply WOOD NO. 3 to a golf field without any hesitation(It is difficult to use it at fields actually)

 

Accidentally I found out that I often make a little deviation from the center line to get into a hole on the green using a screen practice system. After having some trouble long time without understanding any reason, despite a fact that I practice putting more than 100times every day from November, 2015. The reason why I do not make a good putting was found out, as I do not follow more 1.5times than the backswing length. I tried to practice it throwing away my left arm to the hole direction without attaching the left arm on my chest, but with attaching my right hand side arm, so that all putting  shots are ensured to be rolled into the hole direction.

 This 1.5times rule in putting actually means that It makes us not to send a ball with a follow distance, less than a backswing distance. Namely, We can make a follow distance equal to a backswing distance at least .This   is  the reason why we have to emphasize 1.5times follow distance.

 There is an additional information that¡± we can make more efficient effect to do swing .We have to use a longer iron such as iron NO. 4 or 5  instead of iron NO. 7¡± .But the most people think that iron NO. 7 should be suitable and efficient. There is something reminded to me at hearing this story. Actually, I felt that I make more efficient effect of iron NO. 5, despite a fact that I continued to use iron NO. 4 at a small practicing range in the building from August 2015, for three months. I sent a ball up to 185meter distance by iron NO.4 at the range in the building,up to 175 meter distance by IronNo.5 at  golf field, with a good direction.

 I feel like being easy to do golfing at filed from when I use to making a par or bogey, easily and began to enjoy it , comfortably,meaning that maybe, I am walking up to a certain level of happiness.
